Connect to a provider
Find a listed provider
Open Find a provider, choose one service and one broad service area, then select Find providers. Results contain only details the provider chose to publish. Kadim does not recommend or approve a listed provider, and credential metadata is not independently verified by Kadim.
Search does not reveal contact details. To ask the listed provider to connect, select Request an introduction and read the confirmation. Your mosque must review the provider and contract with them directly. Exact result counts, customer lists, other mosque connections and local decisions are never shown.
Use Connections when a contractor or supplier already has a Kadim provider profile and has given you their Connection reference. This starts a relationship for your mosque. It does not approve the provider or hold any work.
Before you start
Ask the provider for their Connection reference. It starts KPC-.
Do not use an Account reference starting KDP-. That reference is private to the
provider's representatives and cannot connect the provider to your mosque.
Request the connection
- Open Connections from Kadim.
- Enter the Connection reference and select Find provider.
- Check the trading name, services and broad coverage shown.
- Read what the request does not do, then select Request connection.
Kadim shows only the profile information the provider made available for direct connections. It does not show credentials, other customers or another mosque's decisions.
What happens now
The request is recorded for your mosque. It:
- does not approve or endorse the provider;
- does not reserve or allocate work;
- gives the provider no access to your mosque's people, sites or records; and
- does not add anybody to your team.
Your mosque will keep its own review and approval decision. A provider profile or credential never makes that decision for you.
Review the connection
When the provider accepts, open Connections and choose the provider. You can see only the credential metadata the provider selected for your mosque: the credential kind, posture and expiry date. Kadim does not store or show a certificate, policy file, issuer details or document content in this journey.
Choose the evidence your mosque relied on, set the next review date, then choose Approve locally. You can instead choose Decline locally without giving a reason. Both are decisions for your mosque only. Neither changes the provider's global profile or another mosque's decision.
Rates, a contract reference and private notes stay inside your mosque's connection. The provider and other organisations cannot see them.
When shared evidence changes
If relied-on credential metadata expires or the provider withdraws future sharing, Kadim marks the connection Action required. Your earlier review and private records stay in the audit history. Kadim does not silently rewrite the decision.
If your review did not rely on that credential, Kadim does not mark the connection for action. You still keep the local decision and audit history.
You can suspend or end a connection. Those actions keep its review and private records. There is no automatic approval, automatic decline or Kadim endorsement at any stage.
