New to Kadim? Start here. One short walkthrough each for volunteers, coordinators and trustees, from your first tap to a job done.

Your first Friday as a volunteer From the link in the group chat to walking in on the day. No app, no account, about a minute of your time. Your first rota as a coordinator Sign in, call for the volunteers you need, share the link, watch it fill, and thank the team. Your first week, end to end. Your first week as a trustee Find your safeguarding picture, record a check you hold on paper, chase an expiry, and export the audit. The whole duty, once through.

Volunteers

Claim slots from a shared link, manage reminders, and carry your DBS status with you. No app, no account.

Claim a slot from a shared link Open the link, prove your number with a code, and you're on the rota. About a minute, no app and no account. Add your duties to your calendar Put your own slots in the calendar you already check. It stays up to date by itself, and only ever shows your duties. Tell your mosque when you can serve Set the times you are usually free, so your coordinator can plan around you. It is a hint, never a commitment, and only your coordinator sees it. Correct your own name See and fix the spelling of your own name. It updates your upcoming rosters straight away, and only you can see and change it. Share your DBS status with a second mosque Offer a skill you could give Stop the texts Kadim's texts come from a name, not a number, so a reply does not reach us. Ask a coordinator to take you off the team and the texts stop.

Coordinators

Publish rotas, make them repeat on a standing schedule, share to the team, and call out specialists when something needs fixing.
