Invite a provider

Use a provider invitation when a contractor or supplier needs to create their own Kadim business profile. The invitation does not add them to your team and does not approve them to work for your mosque.

Create the invitation

1. Open Invite a provider from Kadim.
2. Select Create invitation.
3. Share the secure link with the person authorised to represent the business.

The link expires after 14 days. If it expires before they finish, create a new one.

What the provider enters

The provider records their legal and trading names, Companies House number, service, coverage area and public liability insurance expiry date. Kadim asks for metadata only. They must not upload a policy or certificate.

Their profile starts private. It is not listed for other mosques to find.

What the invitation does not do

Creating or completing the invitation does not:

• create a membership at your mosque;
• connect the provider to your mosque;
• approve their credentials or work;
• make a booking or contract; or
• make Kadim a party to the work.

Each mosque will make its own connection and approval decision when that capability is available.
