Manage your private booking

Keep the private link from your family confirmation. It works for that booking only. The reference alone cannot open personal details.

1. Open the latest saved private link. Kadim removes its secret from the address bar.
2. Read the booking notice and choose Send confirmation code. The code goes to the existing booking contact phone; you cannot replace that phone on this page.
3. Enter the six-digit code and choose Confirm contact. Codes last five minutes; repeated wrong codes or a temporary sending limit require a fresh attempt later.
4. Review your reference, contact name, applicants and their booked session details. The confirmation lasts at most fifteen minutes and viewing it does not extend it.

Reopen the saved link when confirmation expires. If the link was replaced, use the latest one. If you have lost it or cannot access the phone, contact the mosque with your reference. Never share the private link or code publicly. This does not create a volunteer account.

Viewing an existing booking can continue after new booking intake closes, while its original data period and current privacy/security checks permit. Closure does not silently cancel places. If details are unavailable, contact the mosque.

To cancel places, select the applicants under Choose applicants to cancel, then choose Cancel selected places. Applicants who have arrived or whose session has closed cannot be cancelled here. If any selected applicant is ineligible, none of those places changes.

To move places, select the applicants under Choose applicants to move, choose the new session and choose Move selected places. The new session needs open booking intake, an unexpired deadline and enough places for the entire selection. A refused move keeps every original place. The same private confirmation can move remaining family members later.

Check the saved status and session details after each change. Your other applicants keep their places, and changing a session does not extend the original data period. Contact the mosque for arrived applicants, closed sessions or a change you cannot complete.
