Send and read product feedback

Anyone signed in to Kadim can send feedback from the page they are on, and the platform operator reads every item with its context in one inbox.

Send feedback (any signed-in user)

  1. Tap Feedback in the top bar on any page. A panel slides in.
  2. Choose what kind it is: Something is broken, An idea, Something worked well, or Something is confusing.
  3. Write your suggestion (a blank message is refused; there is nothing we can learn from it), optionally say how Kadim feels right now, and tap Send feedback.
  4. A short thanks confirms it. We read every one.

Kadim attaches the page you were on, your role and mosque, and a short usage profile so your note lands with its context. What the profile contains, and what it never contains, is set out in the privacy notice.

Read the inbox (platform operator)

  1. Go to Platform → Feedback (/platform/feedback). It is behind the platform-admin sign-in, so only you can reach it.
  2. The table lists every mosque's feedback, newest first: when it arrived, the kind, who sent it (role and mosque, with a Support mode badge if it was filed while acting as a mosque), the suggestion and the page it came from.
  3. Filter (search the text, page or mosque; narrow to one kind) and sort by the column headers. Every view is a shareable URL.
  4. Tap View on a row to open the detail panel: the full suggestion, when it arrived, the page, who sent it, their mosque and its state, how long they have been a member, their language, and the usage profile (counts of what they have actually done in Kadim) so you can weigh a seasoned coordinator's request against a newcomer's first impression.
