Review a provider identity
Use this guide as a platform operator when a provider says the business has no registration number. The case is private and grants no provider authority while it is waiting.
Check the identity
- Open Platform, Provider identity reviews.
- Check the representative and business identity using an independent source. Do not treat the submitted name, email address or phone number as proof, and do not use them to guess a match to another provider.
- If you confirm a Companies House number, enter the eight-character number. Leave it blank only when the checked business genuinely has no registration number.
Record the decision
- Choose Approve only when the external identity check supports the case. Kadim creates the private provider account and representative authority together.
- Choose Decline when you cannot approve the identity. Kadim does not show a reason to the provider and creates no provider authority.
- If the confirmed identifier already belongs to a provider, Kadim moves the case to recovery. It does not merge by name or attach the representative.
This review does not approve the provider for a mosque, verify credential evidence, publish discovery data or allocate work.
