Join Kadim as a provider
A mosque may send you a secure Kadim provider invitation. Use it to create one business profile that your authorised representatives control.
Before you start
You need your own verified Kadim identity and a current invitation link. The link expires after 14 days.
The person and the business remain separate. Your personal identity is not renamed as the business, and the business does not become a mosque.
Create the business profile
- Open the invitation and choose A business.
- Enter the registered legal name and trading name.
- Enter the eight-character Companies House number.
- Choose the service and broad coverage area.
- Record the public liability insurance expiry date.
- Select Create provider profile.
Kadim records credential metadata only. Do not upload an insurance policy or certificate. The credential reads Provided until a separate reviewer verifies it.
If the business has no registration number, choose No registration number. Kadim sends the private profile to a platform operator for identity review. No provider account or representative authority exists while it is waiting. The operator approves or declines without sending a reason. Kadim never guesses a match from the business name, your email, phone number or address.
Your private profile
The new profile is private. It is not a directory listing and no mosque can browse it. Your account shows two different references:
- Give the KPC connection reference to a mosque when you want it to ask to connect. Sharing it does not approve your business or create a connection.
- Keep the KDP account reference private. Use it only to return to that exact provider account after the original invitation expires.
If your business needs manual identity review, keep the KDR review reference until the decision is complete.
An active representative can invite another person who already has a verified Kadim identity. The invited person must accept before they gain access. A representative can be removed only while another active representative remains; the last representative cannot remove themselves. These changes never create mosque membership. If a representative invitation is reissued, use only the newest link. Reissuing makes the older link unavailable without revealing whether an email already belongs to a Kadim user.
Your account begins with no mosque connections. A KPC reference, profile or current credential does not approve the business and does not oblige a mosque to use it.
Choose whether mosques can find your business
Your private provider account includes Mosque search listing. Listing starts off. To turn it on, choose at least one service, at least one broad service area and any credential metadata you want to show, then select Save listing. Nothing is selected automatically.
Only your trading name, selected services and areas, and selected credential kind, provided or expired posture and expiry date may appear. Kadim does not show your KDP or KPC reference, contact details, customers, mosque connections or local review records. Being listed does not mean Kadim recommends, approves or verifies your business.
Select Stop new searches whenever you want to opt out. This works even when new listing changes are unavailable. It removes the business from later searches without ending or rewriting an existing mosque connection.
If the business already exists
Kadim will not create a duplicate or grant access from a Companies House number alone. You will see an account recovery message instead. Contact Kadim support so your authority can be checked.
