Manage mosque connections

Open your provider account with its private KDP Account reference, then select Manage mosque connections. This is the provider-owned place for credential eligibility and connection requests. It does not show a customer list or another mosque's decision.

Choose credentials that may be offered

Under Eligible for sharing, select a credential and save the change. Eligibility means only that you may choose that credential's metadata on a future connection request. It does not share the credential by itself.

Credentials recorded before this setting existed are not eligible automatically. If you withdraw eligibility later, the credential cannot be selected on a later connection. A selection already shared with an existing connection is not silently rewritten.

Kadim shares metadata only: credential kind, posture and expiry. This flow does not store or share a policy, certificate, file, issuer details or document content.

Respond to a mosque request

Each request that needs your response appears separately. Open it and choose Accept or Decline. Both choices have the same weight, and a decline never asks for a reason.

When accepting, select only the eligible credential metadata you want this mosque to review. None is selected automatically. You may accept without sharing credential metadata.

Accepting means you consent to a connection. It is not approval, a job, a promise of work or a Kadim endorsement. The mosque still makes and records its own local review and decision. A connection does not give you access to the mosque's people, sites, work or records.

After a response is recorded, the request no longer appears in the pending inbox. Reusing an old response link does not repeat the decision or share anything again.

Withdraw future credential sharing

Return to your provider account with its private KDP reference. Under Credentials, choose Withdraw future sharing for the credential, read the confirmation and then choose Withdraw sharing.

This is a terminal sharing change. The credential stays in your provider account, but it cannot be selected for a later mosque connection and its metadata is no longer available through an existing connection. Kadim does not describe the credential as deleted or issuer-revoked.

Each connected mosque keeps its own historical review and decision. If that review relied on the credential, the mosque receives a separate action to review the change. Kadim does not silently rewrite or delete the mosque's earlier record.

Credential expiry follows the same separation of authority. Kadim changes the reusable credential posture when its stored expiry is due, then asks only mosques whose local review relied on it to review their connection. The mosque decides what to do next.

Who owns what

You own your Kadim provider identity, representatives, profile, credentials and sharing choices. Each mosque owns its connection, local review, rates, contract reference, private notes, suspension and end decision. A connection never creates mosque membership or access to mosque people, sites, work or records.

Kadim provides the connection and audit workflow. It does not recommend, verify, approve or endorse a provider, and it does not guarantee work. Mosques remain responsible for their own checks and decisions.
