Record assurance onboarding facts

This test-only assurance journey is available only for a reviewed test organisation with an accepted Network relationship and the Federated Assurance entitlement. If the link is unavailable, ask the platform operator to check the relationship and test setup. It is not a customer rollout.

Record the reviewed facts

Open the relationship's Assurance onboarding link and choose Start. Record only the reviewed fixture facts: Jurisdiction: England and Responsible person identified as Yes, No or Unknown. Each fact needs an effective date, an observed date and one of three source kinds: direct observation, an existing organisational record or professional advice.

For an existing record or professional advice, give a short source reference. A direct observation has no reference. A correction adds a new fact and keeps the earlier fact in history. It does not rewrite what was recorded before.

Review, affiliation and apply

Choose Preview requirements to see the recorded rule groups, terms and reasons used for that preview. A later correction does not alter the explanation already saved with an earlier preview. If Northshire offers an overlay, it is an affiliation requirement, not statutory guidance. Accepting it shares nothing with the Network.

Use Apply preview only after checking the preview. Applying preserves the earlier facts, preview and requirement history. The page shows derived requirements and their provenance; it does not make a determination about your organisation.

Manage summary sharing

Choose Manage summary sharing from onboarding. The page shows the current grant recorded for that exact Network relationship, including its category, scope, level, version and period. A future or expired grant stays visible, but the page does not call it live Network access because every Network read repeats the full authority check.

Choose Preview sharing to review the fixed requirement posture summary for 90 days. Check the exact field list, current sample state and preview expiry, then choose Activate sharing in the confirmation sheet. A reload reads the canonical current grant from Kadim. If the preview is lost, create a new preview; nothing is activated silently.

To stop sharing, choose Review revocation, then Revoke sharing. Revocation still works if the Network has withdrawn or its paid term has ended. The Network loses the summary on its next live refresh, while the audit history remains. You may leave the description blank, record that you are deliberately reducing sharing, or record an unexpected disclosure. This closed choice contains no details and does not create or notify an incident. Use the existing privacy or support route separately for urgent help. Sharing with one Network never shares with another.

Read a shared summary

A Network assurance lead can open the relationship's Assurance summary. Every opening and refresh checks the current relationship, sharing grant, plan and rollout again. The page shows only the approved grouped posture and applicability counts, the derived onboarding outcome and the time the summary was calculated. Not shared is not a zero, No data is not a zero, and Stale identifies a summary outside its freshness boundary. It never shows requirement titles, facts, people, source material or evidence. This remains a test-only lighthouse surface, not a customer rollout.
