Correct your own name
If your name is spelled wrong on a roster, you can fix it yourself. No phone call, no waiting for a coordinator. It is your record, and this is your page.
Where to find it
Open your mosque's roster link, the same one you use to claim a slot. On a slot you have claimed, tap Your details. The page is yours alone: it opens only for you, on your own phone, and shows nothing about anyone else.
Fix the spelling
Your first and last name are shown in a simple form.
- Change the spelling.
- Tap Save.
That is it. Your upcoming rosters update straight away, so this week reads right. Rosters for days that have already passed keep the spelling they had on the day, because a past roster is a record of what happened.
Your sign-in number
Below your name you will see the number you sign in with, shown partly hidden (for example, ending in 789). It is there so you can check it, but you cannot change it here yet. Changing the number you sign in with needs a fresh code sent to your new phone, so it is handled separately, not on this page.
What stays private
- Only you see and change your details. No other volunteer, and no public page, ever shows them.
- Fixing your name sends no messages and costs your mosque nothing.
- Your mosque still sees who is on each rota, exactly as before. You are just keeping your own name right.
